            Legal Services.  Legal services are available through Sipe Law Firm, LLC (“SLF”), and include assistance in the areas of tax, estate planning, and business/corporate law, including contract negotiation, preparation and review.  Mr. Sipe, a licensed attorney, has a Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®^[1] and South Carolina Super Lawyers®^[2] (2009), and is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®^[3].  Sipe Law Firm is also listed in the 2010 inaugural edition of U.S. News-Best Lawyers® "Best Law Firms," having achieved a top Tier 1 ranking in the category of Trusts & Estates Law in the Charlotte metropolitan area.  Mr. Sipe's professional memberships include the Sports Lawyers Association and the Sports Committee, Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries (American Bar Association).  The SLF website can be accessed at www.sipelawfirm.com.

            Training Facilities.  Top-grade training facilities and supervision are available at various locations in and around the Charlotte, NC and Fort Mill, SC areas.
